It Is Announced: Archeologists Discover Where The Gas Chambers Were Located In Treblinka

Archeologists Discover Where The Gas Chambers Were Located In Treblinka

By Cheryl Freier, author of four holocaust novels; one, The
Grayling Hidden Truth Poems, and another:  The Wild Grasses Hidden

Truth Poems.  A fourth book contains the poetry that Martin Freier wrote.  He was a Holocaust survivor.

Slowly but surely the truth of horrible, wanton killings of people is unraveling before our very eyes as modern technology is being used to pinpoint the existence of gas chambers at the Treblinka gas chambers.

Outside tiles with the engravings of the Star of David were discovered after 70 years; these tiles affirmed what witnesses to the horror claimed.

Someday, hopefully soon, other sites will be dug up by archeologists.  My husband, Martin Freier, survived the holocaust that also raged in Nazi
Slovakia.  His family and he hid in an underground bunker in the woods in Slovakia.  Maybe someday there will be funds to explore these woods in Slovakia for the remnants of their survival bunkers.  Read my four novels.  All novels are written in memoriam to my beloved husband, Martin Freier.  All novels tell the story of his accomplishments during his lifetime.  The first two novels, The Grayling Hidden Truth Poems and The Wild Grasses hidden Truth Poems tells about him and his family while they try hard to survive the many perils of the war.  Cheryl Freier

In Following Lawrence of Arabia, I Am Learning About A Person Who Had a Goal In Life

FollowLawrenceofArabiaFor His Quest For Learning

An interesting historical figure to follow is Lawrence of Arabia.

He had many talents and, of course, will be remembered from the memorable film, Lawrence Of Arabia.  What is striking to me, particularly, is his journey throughSyriaandPalestineto learn about the fortresses that the crusaders built.

This story features him wandering through the deserts ofArabia, drawing pictures of castles, taking careful notes about the castles, taking photographs about what he saw, and gaining the insight that he had an uncanny ability to assimilate into different cultures.

This is truly a story of many triumphs.  Read my books:  The Grayling Hidden Truth Poems, The Wild Grasses, Blossoms Around The Circles Hidden Truth Poems, and The Day Of The Hidden Truth Poems.  The book, The Day Of The Hidden Truth Poems includes poems written by Martin Freier, who showed exemplary courage as a young boy in outwitting the Nazis inSlovakia. Despite his brush with death, his poems teach us about loving each other, appreciation of the call of the winds of nature, and best of all, a respect for an elderly mother.  Cheryl Freier is a writer of novels and a writer and illustrator of children’s storybooks.

The Importance Of Stalingrad, Russia To The Turing Point Of WWII

Written by Cheryl Freier, author of The Grayling Hidden Truth Poems and The Day Of The Hidden Truth Poems

While the war waged on in the western and the eastern fronts of Europein WWII, the German Command launched a massive attack against Russia.  When they reached Stalingradin August of 1942, fighting was particularly fierce.  The Germans deployed the 6th Army and highly regarded segments of the Panzer Army.  The Luftwaffe supporting the armies by constant use of guns, and machinery, and dropping bombs, until all of the City ofStalingrad lay in ruins.  Fierce house to house fighting continued while both sides sent in large numbers of men for reinforcements.

To end the stalemate, the Russians on November of 1942, launched a policy of fiercely attacking this operation by conquering the weaker armies on the flanks which were held by the Hungarians and the Romanian soldiers, and when the Russians succeeded, the 6th Army of Germany was completely cut-off from all supplies and reinforcements.  They remained to fight against the Russians until all of their ammunition and food supply ran out.  But by February of 1943, the remnants of the 6th Army capitulated to the Russians.

The Russian victory turned the tide of the war.  The American forces were beginning their fight against the Germans at this time.  Their policy of Lend-lease helped to supply needed trucks and warfare supplies and thus the Russians became confident that they could defeat the Germans.  My husband, Martin Freier, was in the woods inSlovakiaat this time.  Every day of living through the war was a comfort.  Read his powerful messages in the poetry which he wrote in the book, The Day Of The Hidden Truth Poems.  Cheryl Freier edited this book, and the book is one of a series.

Enter Into The Pristine World Of The Chimborazo in Ecuador by Cheryl Freier

Did You Know That You Can Reach A Point On A Mountain That Is The Furthest Place From The Center Of The Earth?

Written by Cheryl Freier, author of The Grayling Hidden Truth Poems and The Day Of The Hidden Truth Poems

The place is furthest from the Center of the earth and it is located in theAndesMountains, on theCordillera Occidentalof the Andes of Central Ecuador.  The location is 93 miles southwest ofEcuador’s capital,Quito.  And the area is often called the Chimboraza.

On  a clear day, one can see the summit of Chimboraza from the coastal city ofGuayaquil, which is nearly 90 miles away from the summit.  The story of the uniqueness of this part of the country is told by the natives, as they know from stories handed down from generation to generation that this special area used to be the head of a volcano; but it is classified today as an inactive volcano.  There is a natural protective ecosystem, fauna system, which is formed around theChimborazo, which protects the habitat of the wildlife in this area.  One can see the colorful body colors of black, white, and reds, and a combination of a red body with a white head on the sheep-like animals:  the vicuna, llama, and the alpaca.

This whole area, this part of the world is a ‘hidden truth’ that very much reveals itself as one travels to the area.  It was a ‘hidden truth’ during WWII that some parts of the Slovakian mountains were exceptionally beautiful and pristine and revealed itself as one escaped further into the woods away from the Nazis who took over the towns and persecuted the towns’ people.  Read Cheryl Freier’s The Grayling Hidden Truth Poems, and The Wild Grasses Hidden Truth Poems, and her other books.

Nature’s Natural Twist To A Seashore in Dorset, England Written by Cheryl Freier, authuor/illustrator www.thegraylinghiddentruthpoems.com

A Bizarre, Natural Twist To A Seashore In England

Written By Cheryl Freier

Author of The Grayling Hidden Truth Poems, and three other novels, and two storybooks:  Open Up The Gates In Jerusalem For the Queen Of Sheba, and

The Shepherd Boy And The Sheep Alphabet

The City of Dorset in England is located on the sea at the bottom of the English coastline.  One of the City’s claims to fame is its West Bay Beach where the uniqueness of a towering, sprawling, rough-cut, rust-colored mountain emerged with an explosive debut one day long ago out of the sea onto this Dorset West Bay Beach.  It is a sight to behold and one of nature’s sprawling cliff–twists of fame.

Another of the mountain’s claim to fame to this present day is its living colony of mute swans and their nesting habits. (p.18, National Geographic Traveler, February/March, 2014).  The story is told that in the 1040s, monks of the Benedictine Order raised the swans for banquet dinners.

One is always in awe of people’s ability to use the natural habitat and its animals for food.  During the Nazi invasion of Slovakia, as is written in the book:  The Grayling Hidden Truth Poems, Joseph Freier and his family ate the grayling fish; the fish spawned in abundance in the lakes of the wilderness and mountains in Slovakia.
