A Reason Why The Nazis Caused Such Destruction Of Life And Living
Written by Cheryl Freier, author and illustrator
It took me a long time to realize it, but I think that I have more of an insight on why the Nazis did the destructive deeds that they did. They were as the term goes, “All Burned out”. They kept wanting more and more for themselves and pushing themselves to do more and more wanton deeds, because they thought that they would get recognition for themselves. All of the Nazis destroyers of life and living had such a low self-esteem of themselves.
Read Cheryl Freier’s latest book Echoes Resounding From The Past: Hidden Truth Poems and read her four other published books. Read Cheryl Freier’s storybooks, which have a strong Biblical theme. You may find her books listed on www.thegraylinghiddentruthpoems.com.

Acceptance Of Stressors During A War Is A Real Toggle For Reality, But It Has To Be Done In Order To Survive By Cheryl Freier www.thegraylinghiddentruthpoems.com

Stresses About War Times Are Hard For Children To Accept
By Cheryl Freier-author of historical fiction novels on the Holocaust www.thegraylinghiddentruthpoems.com
The word stress is such a general word. By itself it really does not really explain much. Yet, the meaning of the word stress does say that a person is struggling with her thoughts and emotions. The key issue about stress is also how the stress affects others. Stress ripples off onto children. At least 20 percent of children suffer from stress. Warnings signs for children with stress symptoms include irritability, lack of sleep and anger. (From The American Legion Magazine, October 2014, page 13).
Joseph Freier’s children accepted the World War II edict that they were being hunted down by the Nazis. The decision to accept this truth was shattering for the children, but they knew that they could not give into anxieties. Stress and denial would cost them their lives. Cheryl Freier is the author of the new novel, Echoes Resounding From The Past Hidden Truth Poems, and The Grayling Hidden Truth Poems, and The Day Of The Hidden Truth Poems.

There Are Many Bridges To Cross–Some Are Real And Some Not Real Written By Cheryl Freier

Posted by cheryl - February 9th, 2015

We All Cross The Bridges In Our Minds As We Survive Our Experiences And We Cross Real Bridges Too. Cheryl Freier is an author of novels. She is the author and illustrator of children’s books.
Many of the bridges in the United States are in need of repair. The Tappan Zee Bridge in New York has outlasted its design. The design is the cantilever bridge, which distributes the weight of its beams and users to anchors that are secured offshore. The Tappan Zee Bridge has been replaced with the European design, the cable-stayed bridge. This type of bridge distributes its weight with cables and towers and is much cheaper to construct. Civil engineers consider it the first choice for the building of bridges when a bridge is needed to cover an area of 3,000 feet or more.
There were many bridges for the Freiers to cross in their plight for flight from the Nazi insurgents in Slovakia; some were real and some were composites of their thinking, but they had to pass them nevertheless. Read author Cheryl Freier’s latest novel: Echoes Resounding From The Past: Hidden Truth Poems. Read her first novel about the family’s escape from the Nazis: The Grayling: Hidden Truth Poems. The grayling was the fish that they ate when they were hiding near a lake in the woods in Slovakia. Follow Cheryl’s website: www.thegraylinghiddentruthpoems.com.

The winner of a contest is not necessarily the most pugilistic

The T-Rex Was Unlikely To Win A Race Against The Hadrosaur
Written By Cheryl Freier-author-illustrator
Back in prehistoric times, a carnivorous predator, the T-rex did not necessarily have a chance of overcoming another prehistoric dinosaur, the hadrosaur, who was reputed to be a herbivore. The hadrosaur had its caudofemoralis muscle attached much lower to the femur of its back legs and therefore there was a much longer muscle contraction which automatically made its running strides shorter and slower. The T-Rex was able to run faster at first but would tire out sooner. It was then in prehistoric times that the hadrosaur outwitted the T-rex. (Scientific American, February, 2015, p. 19.)
So it was the story told over again throughout history that the victor of a contest is not necessarily the stronger of the two opponents. Such was the outcome of the story of David and Goliath as told in the Bible. Such was the outcome of WWII when the vicious Nazis had the world at bay until the Americans, and the British, and the Russians overtook the Nazis. Cheryl Freier is the author of The Wild Grasses: Hidden Truth Poems which tells the story about the harrowing experiences of a family forced to hide in the woods during WWII. Cheryl Freier is the author and illustrator of the storybook for children The Shepherd Boy And The Sheep Alphabet, which is the story about young King David and features the added feature of an alphabet book about the different types of sheep in the world.

The Beet And Its Proteins Helps To Revive And Renew The Cells In Our Bodies And Reading The Novel, Echoes Resounding From The Past Helps To Renew The Vitality Of Our Spirituality
Written by Cheryl Freier-author-illustrator
The latest food to be recognized as a food containing powerful proteins is the beet, or otherwise called the beet root. Plants have long been recognized for their minerals and vitamins and now there is the recognition of the importance of their proteins. The beet is able to produce hemoglobin, which is a protein that is useful in the blood of all vertebrates. Hemoglobin is important, because it carries oxygen and other essential gases throughout the body.
Knowing about plants and their hidden truth ingredients helps to understand the mysteries of the proteins in the beet. Read Cheryl Freier’s new novel, Echoes Resounding From The Past: Hidden Truth Poems. It is written as historical fiction, but is, nevertheless, based upon a true-life story, but the uniqueness of this novel is that the idea of the Nazis and the havoc that they wreaked all over the lands and waters of Europe and Asia is that many central ideas are written in the stylistic element of the fantastic; we go beyond the realm of the nascent truth in our reading to a truth that lies beyond the thinking or all of us into the land, and the skies, and the seas, and the mountains of the fantastic. We survive and are renewed. Cheryl Freier is the author of five novels and the author and illustrator of storybooks. Her website is www.thegraylinghiddentruthpoems.com.

Early Detection Tests That Are Reasonable Are Being Developed For Alzheimer’s Disease

Finding An Easy, Low-Cost Test For Alzheimers Disease
Written by Cheryl Freier writer of historical novels and writer and illustrator of children’s storybooks
There are studies being done on monkeys at Emory University that could prove to be most useful in the early detection of alzheimer’s disease. Because people with diagnosed alzheimer’s disease cannot clearly distinguish between a picture that is new with a picture that they have already seen, Dr. Stuart Zola of the University is conducting studies of memory and learning on monkeys. Many of the research results do hold true for adults with the disease. This test is called the Neurotrack and it does not require any knowledge of language or motor skills.
These studies may prove to be useful in the early detection of Alzheimer’s disease. Cheryl Freier is the author of a new novel which is now presented to the public. Read Cheryl Freier’s Echoes Resounding From The Past: Hidden Truth Poems. Visit her website at www.thegraylinghiddentruthpoems.com.

Taking Control Of Improving Grains So That There Is More Food In The World Written By Cheryl Freier – author-illustrator-ghost writer

Creating New Grains and Solving The World Hunger Problem At The Same Time
Written By Cheryl Freier, author and illustrator
Kansas is not only the story of the whirlwind witches flying through the air, but it is the home base for some very significant experiments being done at the Kansas State University on propagation of wheat products that are more resistant to insects and are overall much healthier to eat. There is a wheat bank at the university and plant pathologists are actively working on the genetic alteration of goat grass, which is considered to be a genetic treasure. Scientists know that about 8,000 years ago that the goat grass pollinated by itself with a second wheat and as a result the seed of this new wheat spread to the entire world. It is fascinating to know that this happened 8,000 years ago and that the goat grass has survived to the present time. It is fabulous to know that such cross-pollination experiments are going on and that the results will be more food for the populations of the world. (courtesy of article in The National Geographic, October 2014 edition).
Read my latest novel. The title is: Echoes Resounding From The Past: Hidden Truth Poems and see my website: www.thegraylinghiddentruthpoems.com to buy my other novels. Read my storybooks too. There is a new storybook coming out soon. It is an absolutely thrilling story about a young boy who wanders through a labyrinth and ending up saving the soles of 100 people so that they can rest at peace. Read, read, and read. Cheryl Freier is an author of novels, a ghost writer, and a writer and illustrator of children’s storybooks.

Who Is Really the Winner of a Daring Dive Off the Coast Of Portugal?
Written by Cheryl Freier, author/illustrator
Once a year, a group of the world’s best divers compete in the Red Bull competition in Portugal. The divers live up to the challenge of jumping off a 95 foot cliff into the waters of the sea. It is a breathtaking experience for the few seconds that the diver is arched into shape and aims herself or himself to hit the water with the least resistance. The diver from the country of Columbia, Orlando Duque has won the vote of the judges and has placed first place for 9 years. In 2012 he placed second place.
There are moments in our lives that we perform to our utmost resilience and skills even though we do not face the challenge of jumping off a 95 foot cliff. Our victories are unseen, unmeasured, and there is very little reward for many times. The feat of overcoming the challenge does not go unnoticed by G-d, however, for he is the final judge. Joseph Freier faced many threatening challenges for survival during WWII and he lived up to the challenges and survived. His prize was survival and the prize was more valuable than other prize.
Read author Cheryl Freier’s first book on the story of Joseph Freier in WWII, The Grayling: Hidden Truth Poems, and read her other novels written in memoriam of her husband, Martin Freier, who was Joseph Freier’s son. Read her fifth novel, which is just being presented to the public this month and the name of the book is Echoes Resounding from the Past: Hidden Truth Poems. (information obtained from National Geographic, March, 2014.)

This Is A Small World: There Is Sameness Everywhere

Posted by cheryl - January 21st, 2015

The Sameness of So Many Areas Surprises Me Every Time
Written by Cheryl Freier
I came across a captivating picture of two horses while reading a magazine. As I grew up on a farm, I was always entranced with the wonder of the beauty and simplicity of some of the domesticated animals. The picture of a graceful bay horse, shaking its mane, and hoofing his front legs into the sand in the front of himself has remained with me for many, many years. But this picture of two white horse–both with a sheen of gold along their bodies, with golden tails in full-length—just about reaching the floor, with shimmering golden-colored manes, which flow with the winds and fly high like the wings of angels, is particularly captivating to me. Why? Because the horses can be anywhere—in any country in the world and the scenery in which they are traveling could be a scene in the open fields of North Dakota, or Idaho, or any other state where the land is pristine pure and undeveloped for miles and miles. The picture of these two horses was taken in the Krug Mountains of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Joseph Freier and his family escaped the Nazi Holocaust by escaping to the woods and then traveling through the Tatra Mountains. The scenery to them as my mother-in-law expressed to me, “was a scene from Heaven and so pure and peaceful”. Although there were no beautiful horses to be seen at the time, the area was, nevertheless, teaming with natural wildlife and that added to the beauty of the mountains in Slovakia. Read my latest book. It is available to the public. It is called: Echoes Resounding from the Past: Hidden Truth Poems. You will find the reading experience a very moving experience. Read my other novels, too. (article taken from: National Geographic, March 2014.)
